Monica Forbes joined Apogee in May 2023 as SVP of Finance. She brings more than 25 years of financial leadership experience to the team, with expertise in corporate strategy, financial modeling, organizational development, and business development in the biotech and pharma industries. Ms. Forbes most recently served as the Chief Financial Officer of Sesen Bio, where she oversaw all finance and administrative functions for the publicly traded company and played a key role in the successful merger of the company. Ms. Forbes holds a B.S. from San Diego State University. She is a California native, and she and her husband enjoy competing sports loyalties with the Padres/49ers, and the Yankees/Giants.
