Emily Cox has served as Head of People since November 2022. Prior to joining Apogee, she served as Sr. Director, People & Culture at BridgeBio. Previously, Ms. Cox spent 10 years at Mercer, a global HR consulting firm, advising clients on a range of organization and people matters, including organization design, talent strategy, compensation, benefits, culture, performance management, and M&A. Ms. Cox holds a B.A. from McGill University. She enjoys learning new languages and is an avid backpacker.
