Aaron Noyes, EngD has served as Head of DS, PD & Manufacturing since June 2023. He is a Chemistry, Manufacturing and Controls (CMC) leader with a 20+ year track record of strategic planning and execution in drug development to bring complex biologics from concept to clinic at Codiak BioSciences, Pfizer, Wyeth BioPharma, and Millipore. He has led teams developing cell culture, purification, and nanoparticle production processes for recombinant proteins, bionanoparticles, and synthetic molecules from concept to IND, enabling Phase 1, 2, and 3 clinical trials and post-licensure changes. Aaron leverages expertise in process development, analytical characterization, and GMP manufacturing to create streamlined, phase-appropriate solutions combining command of best practices at large biopharma and agility vital for small companies. Family aside, one of the highlights of Aaron’s life was driving his car in a demolition derby.
