Tomas Kiselak has served as a member of the Board since 2022. He is a Managing Member at Fairmount Funds Management LLC, a healthcare investment firm he co-founded in April 2016. Prior to Fairmount, he was a managing director at RA Capital Management, LLC. Mr. Kiselak currently serves as the chairman of the board of directors of Viridian Therapeutics, Inc., and is a director for Dianthus Therapeutics, Inc., Spyre Therapeutics, Inc., and several private companies. He received a B.S. in neuroscience and economics from Amherst College.
