Nimish Shah co-founded Apogee and has served as a member of the Board since 2022. Mr. Shah is a partner at Venrock Healthcare Capital Partners, an investment firm, where he predominately works on Venrock’s public and cross-over biotech funds. Mr. Shah originally joined Venrock in 2013 and has been investing in public and private healthcare companies since 2010. He is currently a board observer for Dianthus Therapeutics, Inc. and previously served as a director for Instil Bio, Inc. and board observer for LianBio, Biohaven Ltd. and Viridian Therapeutics, Inc. Mr. Shah received his B.S. in pharmacy from Rutgers College of Pharmacy, M.P.H. from the Mailman School of Public Health at Columbia University and M.B.A. from Columbia Business School. He is a member of the Columbia Business School Healthcare and Pharmaceutical Management Advisory Board.
